eBay → 郵便局自動転記 (the "Extension")

1. Data We Access

The Extension reads the following data solely to perform its core function (auto-filling Japan Post international mail forms):

eBay order page content — shipping address, item title, price, and quantity displayed on ebay.com order detail pages.
License key — entered voluntarily by the user to activate a paid plan. Stored locally in chrome.storage.local.
Usage counter — daily fill count for free-plan limits. Stored locally in chrome.storage.local.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

No personal information is transmitted to our servers.
No browsing history is accessed or stored.
No eBay credentials or payment information is accessed.

3. External Services

The Extension makes network requests to the following third-party APIs:

Frankfurter API (api.frankfurter.app) — fetches the current USD→JPY exchange rate. No user data is sent; only currency codes are transmitted.
Polar API (api.polar.sh) — validates your license key. Only the key you entered is sent; no other personal data is transmitted.

Please refer to each provider's own privacy policy for how they handle requests.

4. Data Storage

All data (license key, usage count, last-filled address data) is stored locally on your device using chrome.storage.local. It is never uploaded to any server.

5. Permissions

Host: `int-mypage.post.japanpost.jp`	Auto-fill the Japan Post international mail form.
Host: `api.frankfurter.app`	Fetch USD→JPY exchange rate.
Host: `api.polar.sh`	Validate license key.

6. Changes to This Policy

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
